Do You Have Problems Losing Weight?
In theory weight loss is not hard at all, burn more calories then you eat and you will lose weight. But making this theory work in real life is very hard in most cases does not work out very well. People can have so many dofferent problems when trying to lose weight and everyone does have them, it is not smooth ride. Some just give up after encountering a few problems and others keep going.

The number one problem that most people have, is trying to accomplish their goal by very low calorie diets. But these diets just do not work. The more you restrict your calories the harder your body makes you to lose fat because very low calories mean starvation. So the body has to burn less calories to save energy. No matter how hard you try to stay on a low calorie diet, sooner or later you give up.

Another reason why people have serious problems losing weight, is that people are just lazy. It is human nature to look for shortcuts and when you have the opportunity to use the elevator or the stairs, then 90% of people would choose the elevator. Food is all around as and it is real easy to eat too much and exercise too little. If you have a office job and have a car then you practically do not burn calories. Add to that unhealthy foods with too much calories and you gain weight very fast.
